Hammill Pursuant to the request contained in your letter of February 12^ 1969, I have requested the Division of Water Resources of the State of Nevada to cancel Permit No. 24550, in such manner as to leave in effect Permit No. 15754. The State was, by copy of my letter of March 6, 1969, copy of which is enclosed, advised of our desire to accomplish this cancellation. A copy of the State’s reply letter, dated March 11, 1969, indicating compliance with our request is enclosed herewith for your information. Pursuant to that letter I have executed and forwarded to the State, together with my letter of even date, copy of which is enclosed, authority to withdraw our Application No. 24550.
