Halsted: Lease audit No. 2218, favor City of Nephi Utah, covering pipe line to water tank, will expire on July 31st-1924, and renewal is desired. To cover, I am attaching Form 7-42 for the preparation of new lease agreement which, after prepared, should be forwarded to Supt. Smith for execution.
