Subdivision Tract No. 3> has Vegas, Nevada, at an estimated coat of |16,398.00 chargeable to investment of which $251.00 la a donation. Federal Homes, Inc. ia developing Beverly Green Subdivision Tract No* 3, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has entered into private contract for construction of water mains and fire hydrant connections at its own expense, upon understanding, subject to executive approval, the Water Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9, make complete or partial refund of cost of water mains which is agreed to be the sum of $14,679*00* In addition Federal Homes, Inc. proposes to construot at its own expense , tinder private contract, 40 LF of fire hydrant connections at an estimated cost of $251*00, which amount is not subject to refund but will be capitalized as a donation* Request Authority to enter into usual Refund Agreement with Federal Homes, Inc. Approval of the Las Vegas Valley Water District under provisions of Section 13, paragraph (b) of Agreement BC®L*B, 11342 dated June 1, 1953, has been obtained. Mr. Bennett sees no legal objection. A. F. E* data is attached to Mr. Perkins' copy Water mains covered by this submission are now being installed by Subdivider and would therefore appreciate wire advice when this project is approved. Wm.
