Please be advised that installation of pressure reduoing valves at Charleston Blvd* and Main Street was started January l*th, 19*+8 and conpleted February 2nd, 19*48. The pressure reduoing valves were placed in operation on January 22nd, 19*48. Forms 502-1 were furnished your office with copy of our letter to Mr, E.M. Kerrigan dated February 27th, 19*48. Please see our letter dated April 9th, 19*48, requesting that float switches be installed at an early date.
