parties, providing: 1 - That Section 1 of Article I of said agreement Audit No. 10599 be amended to provide that Subdivider, at its own expense, fto construct 931 of 6” cast iron pipe and 50 ft. of 6” cast iron fire hydrant connections, at agreed.cost of $3,972.58, exclusive of cost of constructing said 50 f t 8 of fire hydrant connections; 2 - That Section 1 of Article II of aforesaid agreement Audit No. 10599 be amended to provide, as follows: ”Upon the execution of this agreement and receipt of said bill of sale, and such necessary easements for said water mains, to pay to the Subdivider at monthly intervals fifty percent (50$) of the monthly revenue received by it from consumers located within said Tract No. 2, taking service from the water mains installed hereunder for a period of ten (10) years from the date of completion of said installation, or until the Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum of $3,972.58, whichever occurs first”; 3 - That, except as amended, all of the terms and conditions of said agreement dated September 18, 1951, shall remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. No. 7954-1, dated March 19, 1952, extending to April 22, 1957, term of license agreement Audit No. 10399, dated April 23, 1947, expiring April 22, 1952, with Southern California Gas Company, covering construction, maintenance and operation of gas service line, near Esperanza and Emery Sts.,. East Yard, Los Angeles, Calif.; subject to revocation by this company upon sixty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
