Hamilton, regarding time schedule and steps to be taken for sale of bonds and purchase of property by Las Vegas Valley Water District. 1. Engineer^ report. Black and Veatch, and Montgomery. To be ready March 1, 2. Redraft of prospectus, including statement on water rights. To be ready by March 1, and printed and ready for distribution during the first week inJferch* To be done by McClain and BeeFe,^except water rights statement to be secured from Leo McNamee. 3. ftiyitation for financial proposals. Draft to be ready about March 1; to be printed and ready for Issuance first week in March. To be done by Beebe. 4. Congressional acts providing for rights of way, lands, etc., rights to the District and to the B.M.X* Draft by Frank Hamilton to be ready about March lj to be introduced in the Congress by about March 15. 5* Extension of time on Las Vegas Land and Water Company contract. Steps on ihis togo forward immediately, fo' be taken by Frank Hamilton and by E. E. Bennett of U.F. Railroad. Every effort to be made to secure the actual extension prior to the taking of bids. 6. Technical changes in contract with the State of Nevada. This has beensent to Allan Bible.Allan Bible Isbo follow through. Frank Hamilton is to keep checking on this for determination. 7. Opening proposals on bonds. Between March 22 and March 31, Date to be fixed when engineers1 report and prospectus are ready. This is Beebe*s responsibility. 8. Plans for takeover of water system. These Include: (a) Escrow instructions. These are to be prepared by Hamilton and Bennett, and should plan for a takeover some time between April 15 and May 1. As of the close of business April 30 may be the most practical date.
