actual cost so advanced by it of constructing the -water mains referred to in Article I, sub-paragraph l(a), whichever occurs first. ARTICLE III IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED: 1. That the -water mains, fire hydrant connections and service lines so installed shall be and remain the property of the Utility. 2. Within a reasonable time after the completion of the work hereinbefore provided for, the Utility shall furnish to the Authority a statement showing separately the actual cost of (l) -water-mains, fittings, valves and other appurtenances to such mains referred to in Article I, sub-paragraph 1 (a) and, (2) fire hydrant connections including installation of such hydrants (but excluding the cost of such hydrants) and service connections including shut-off valves (but excluding valve boxes) referred to in Article I, sub-paragraph 1(b)• If the actual cost of the entire installation is less than the estimated cost of $18,1*50.00 the Utility shall pay to the Authority the difference between the aforesaid estimated cost so advanced by the Authority and the actual cost of said installation. In the event the actual cost of the work provided in Article I, paragraph I exceeds the aforesaid estimated cost of $18,1*50.00, such excess cost shall be initially borne by the Utility, provided, however, that in such event the Utility shall retain all of the monthly revenue received by it from customers as aforesaid, and shall credit fifty per cent (50$) of such revenue against the excess cost so initially borne by the Utility until the same shall have been paid and the payments of fifty per cent (50$) of said revenue to the Authority as required by Article II, paragraph 2, hereof shall commence when the Utility has been so reimbursed for such excess cost initially borne by the - 1* - A '79
