2: Title: Detailed information should he supplied as to the manner in which the carrier has secured eaoh right, whether by purchase, condemnation, filing or appropriation, lease, agreement or other title. Information should he supplied as to the priority of each such right as acquired. If possible, information should he given respecting all filings, if any, prior to those of the carrier. 3; Costs: A statement of the purchase price and all attendant costs of each right should he made, 4.; Tmpr ov em en ts: Full description should he given of all improvements constructed on or attached to the land or covered hy the right when acquired. Clear indication should he given whether water is -secured hy gravity flow or hy pumping systems. 5; Uses. Information should he supplied as to the actual quantities of water used hy the carrier*for its purposes as a common carrier. If any water is diverted to other uses the quantities so diverted should he indicated.
