Rouse) Supplementing our letter of July 20th to Mr. Hulsizer with which we transmitted deeds and bills of sale cover ing transfer of water production facilities and 507 acres of land involved at Las Vegas, Nevada, pursuant to authorization of UPRR and LA&SL Executive Committees on March 27 and May 19 1953j respectively; there are attached for record and filing with the Auditor executed duplicate originals and an extra copy of agreement, C.L.D. No. 11339 .> UPRR Audit No. 80300, between LA&SL-UPRRCos. and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated and made effective as of August 1, 1953* granting revocable licenses to Water Company for water transmission and power lines sold to Water Company, providing for the production and delivery of water to Railroad Companies by Water Com pany until Railroads' water facilities in yard at Las Vegas are completed, and providing for termination as of its effective date of agreement dated November 30, 1950, under which the Railroads are furnishing water to the Water Company at Las V e g a s .
