Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved that in the event the State does not commence publication of notice for bids on or before January 7th, bids to be opened and awarded on or before January 25th, that the City withdraw from the proposed pending construction on 5th Street involving Assessment District No. 100-25, and the City Engineer be instructed to prepare the palns and specifications for this improvement. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. At this time applications for renewal of gaming licenses for the first quarter of 1955 were presented to the Board for their consideration. Commissioner Whipple moved these applications for renewal as listed be approved in the same condition as they were for the previous quarter. A. RENEWALS
