^excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and mineral rights, including coal, oil, gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; he, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Asst. Secretary Bachman on behalf of this Company in executing deed L.S. Audit No. 4733, dated April 19, 1945, in favor of Orange County Valencia Association, conveying portions of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and of the vacated alley lying between said Lots 4, 5 and 6 and said Lot 7 in Block D of Heimann and Sorren-sen's Addition Building Lots, located near Cypress and North Orange Sts,, Anaheim, California, including the improvements thereon and machinery therein;' excepting and reserving unto this Company all minerals and mineral rights, including coal, oil and gas rights, but without right of entry; subject to: 1 - Second installment of general and special taxes for the fiscal year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record. 3 - An easement for street purposes over the easterly 25 feet of said Block D, conveyed to the City of Anaheim by deed recorded in Book 1294, Page 110, Official Records of Orange County, Calif,; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
