Elks Noo 1468 by LVL&W LS Deed Audit No0 5418* dated September 12* 19559 for consideration of #66*395* of which #19,254.55 was paid upon delivery of deed and the balance of #47*140 ,,45 was secured by Trust Deed and Note payable in five equal annual installments* including Interest at rate of 5 per cent per annum* of #10*888o26* first of which Installments was due December 6* 1956„ WHEREAS* BoPoOo Elks has paid #5000 of installment due December 6* 1956* and has requested the balance of $5*888<>26 be deferred until June 6* 1957s which is agreeable to Land Company,, NOW* THEREFORE* on motion duly seconded* it was RESOLVED* that the action of President Stoddard in executing Agreement "N"L„Do No„ 3°33s dated December 28* 1956* between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Laa Vegas* Nevada* BoPoOo Elks No, 1468* granting BoPoOo Elks until June 6* 1957 to pay balance of said payment due December 6* 1956* namely* #5*888„26* together with interest thereon at rate of 5 per cent per annum from December 6* 1956 until paid? be* and the same is hereby ratified* approved and confirmed,.
