I agree.•!Mtlgglplj; Jp *mM§-1W' August 29» 1952 Mr. Leo A, McKame© 310 Fremont Street > Las Vegas: ffev&da Dear Leo: In connection -with the sale of the Water Company to the Water District, Mr. Reinhardt and I have been working out a proposed contract having two purposes. The first of these is to secure the early removal of all pole lines and certain minor pipe lines from property not acquired by the District. 'The second is to secure some definite commitment which will assure us that the two main transmission lines bisecting some four sections of our land not so acquired, will be removed under the options in the proposed agreement. 1 am enclosing herewith a very rough draft of some ideas I have written down, together with a map which will give you some idea of what we have in mind. The references to the various pipe lines by letters may be incomplete, although 1 I have tried to follow the map when dictating the agreement, but I am sure that you can get the general picture for consideration of the agreement from the map. I would appreciate it if you would look over this agreement and 1 expeet to be in Las Vegas Thursday the 4th and possibly you will have some time to discuss it informally. All the engineering features of course will have to be reviewed by the District Engineers, but I am sure any views you will have will be very helpful.
