Union P a c ific , et a l. 9 December 10, 1952 Notwithstanding the provisions of subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this Section 3 the entire cost of the improvements being constructed by the said Railroad Companies under Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company Work Order 5015 covering the construction of a booster pumping static^ containing two pumps at Charleston Boulevard Reservoir, the construction of a 300,000-gallon, elevated, steel tank approximately 2,4G0 feet westerly of said reservoir,and the construction of approximately 2,500 feet of 14-inch pipe lin e extending from said pumping station to said elevated tank together with incidental 10-ineh pipe lin e, valves, e tc ., which w ill serve the residential subdivisions on Westm^^ I B^ Charleston Boulevard, including Federal Homes Development, shall be borne by you and shall not be added to the basic purchase price. 4. There shall be deducted from the basic purchase price the unrefunded amounts, subject to refund as of the sale date, under a ll contracts made by Las Yeg&s Land and Water Company pursuant to Rule 9 of the said Rules and Regulations of the Las Yegas Land and Water Company or simila r rules contained in it s Rules and Regulations previously on f ile with the Publie Service Commission of the State of Nevada.
