    According to the Permit granted by the State En­gineer of the'State of Nevada, under the above numbered Serial Number, it is necessary that we file Proof of Ap­plication of'Water to Beneficial Usetogether with a cultural map, on or before November 1, 1944$ I have prepared and enclose herewith a form of Proof of Ap­propriation, and wish you would please swear to the original and return to me for filing on or before said last mentioned date, Tou should also arrange, with a Water Bight Surveyor to prepare the cultural map and have it ready for filing by said date, Mr; Frank Bath-bun made our map for the Well at the Bench, and did a satisfactory job, > In this connection, I am writing the State Engineer to ascertain if he will'accept one map'in connection with final proofs on Wells 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in­stead of requiring a separate map for each. If'so, I will prepare final proofs for all of said wells, even though said proofs will not be due for some time to come. It may be that he will require a separate map for Well 3, a separate map for Wells 5 and 6, and a separate map for the last four Wells, inasmuch as the place of use is a little different in said Applications.
