Los Angeles, September 10, 1945 Mr. Frank Strong: I note your S-137 of September 7 to JMA in connection with certain work to be done at well No. 11 , including the construction of a 4-ft. sheet metal weir. I will arrange to have Mr. Hall make this weir. I would appreciate it if you would have requests for work made through my office rather than handling with some Supervisor, for the reason that I can then designate the work to the Department where it belongs•
