Dear Doctor Fisher: Confirming our conversation of a few days ago concerning installation of water mains to serve property lying easterly of Eastern Avenue and adjacent to south side of Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas: To serve this area we estimate that it will require approximately 38O If of 6s water main to serve this property. The estimated cost of constructing this main Is $1510.00, which amount, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9, fund. will be subject to re­gency of ten (10$) pTehre acbeontv ew heiscthi mIast e tio ncclouvdeers anay cuonnftoirne­­seen increase in materials and other costs. Our contract will provide, among other things, that you deposit the estimated cost of 11510.00, and, in the event actual coat of work should be less than your deposit, the Water Company will refund to you such excess amount. In the event, how­ever, that the actual cost should exceed the amount of your deposit, you will, upon receipt of bill, reimburse the Water Company for such additional cost. % actual cost is meant the cost of all material and supplies delivered to the job, the cost of all labor employed in connection with the installation of said water main together withcasfe of use of equipment, plus ten (10$) per cent for supervision and overhead. The Contract will further provide for refund of 35$ of the revenues derived from the sale of water to consumers located within the area being served and taking service from the water mains installed here­under during the 10 year period following the completion
