Subdivider at his expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately II4.O LF of 6 " cast iron water mains to serve residential area in vicinity of 1 7 th Street and Chapman Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers taking direct service from water lines so installed for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation or until Subdivider has repaid the agreed sum of $£60.00 whichever first occurs j 3. Company to own said water main; I4.. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Title Report, Policy of Title Insurance and B m Qf Sale; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 11378, dated July 21, 195>3» between LVL&WCo. and Long Beach Rotary Club covering license for automobile parking by members and guests during luncheon meetings between 11:00 A. M. and 2:00 P. M. each Wednesday, on Land Company’s property on Alamltos Avenue between First and Second Streets, Long Beach, California, for term of five years, commencing July 2 1 , 19£3» subject to reciprocal termination on ten days’ notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -u-
