\ deceased; RESERVING^ unto Grantor an easement for railroad pur­poses over and across that certain parcel of land, situate in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being portions of Lots 3 and 4 of Block 21, Tract No. 1343, and portion of southeasterly 30 feet of vacated Ninth Avenue, 60 feet wide, lying northeasterly of the northeasterly line of that certain strip of land, 200.00 feet in width, described in easement to Los Angeles County Flood Control District; Said property being conveyed, subject to; (a) Taxes for the fiscal year 1963-1964; (b) Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; (c) An easement for water line granted Cross Water Company over the easterly five (5) feet of Lot 3 for conduits, ditches and Incidental purposes, as granted to Cross Water Company by deed re­corded in Book 4679, page 306 of Deeds, and con­fined to the above location by deed recorded in Book 53698, page 1J& of Official Records of Los Angeles County, California; (d) An easement for flood control purposes granted Los Angeles County Flood Control District, record­ed in Book 18176, page 173> Official Records of Los Angeles County, California; (e) An easement for sewer line purposes granted County Sanitation District No. 15 of Los Angeles County, recorded April 26, 1963? as document number 5573» Official Records of Los Angeles County, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing Easement C.L.D. No. 14489, C.D. No. 46608-8, dated April 16, 1963, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company grants to the County Sanitation District No. 15 -6-
