Bannatt - Loo Angelas) The Lao Togas Talley Mater District proposes to float a General Obligation Bond of $8,700,000 for the purchase of the Las Togas Land and Mater Company water system and, to bring Lake Mead water to the Las Togas area. This bond issue will be voted on at a special election to be held September 30, 1953* These bonds are to be paid from water revenue. However, they would also be backed by the general toot credit of the district. If this proposal carries, there will be an approximate lien against the property of the Bailroad of $A00,000, and $8,500 against property of the LYL&WCo. Jim
