Maag - Las Vegas, Nev.: This refers to recent audit of April 50, 1954 sale price figures, for the water production, storage and distribution system of the L.V.L.& W.Co. to be sold Las Vegas Valley Water District in accordance with contract Audit No* 10682 dated June 1, 1953* Copy of Form 141, ”General Balance Sheet, Income Account and profit and Loss” as of April 30, 1954 is enclosed herewith for your file* It will be appreciated if you will advise Mr.L.J.Loren C.P.A. that you have received April 1954, "Balance Sheet,” as he may desire to check his detailed sale price figures which were drawn off from our original entries made in the accounts to April 30, 1954, against total balances recorded on balance sheet* After his review is completed, will you please advise me accordingly.
