Johnson - Las Vegas, Nevada: Your letter January 11, 1952 and my letter of February 15, 1952, regarding $57*27 due from the estate of E. Z. Guinn on L.V.L.& W. Bill Collectible Audit No. 9169 registered in July 1951 accounts. Please advise by return mail prospects for settlement of the bill, the name of the contracting firm of which Mr. Guinn was principal, the Court in which the case is pending and how much time remains for creditors to file claim in the receivership proceedings• Also please advise whether the amount due is a lien against the apartment building served by the connection and if so should lien not be filed, and released if and when paid by Mr. Walter Murray.
