In the Matter of Charges by ) ) LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY ) Case No.1221 ) “ applicable to water for refrigerating ) machines• ) ______________________________________ ) BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA NOTICE OF HEARING IT APPEARING That there has been filed with the Commission protests by customers of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company who use water for refrigerating machines, protesting rates charged by said company under Rate No. 21 as stated on Original Sheet P.S.C. No. 3 of the Company's schedule of rates; and IT FURTHER APPEARING That the Commission is of the opinion that probable cause exists for the filing of said complaints, IT IS ORDERED That in accordance with Nevada Public Service Commission law that this matter be, and the same is hereby, set down for hearing in the City Hall, City of Las Vegas, Nevada, beginning at 10 o'clock A.
