No. 3 of the Company's schedule of rates; and IT FURTHER APPEARING That the Commission is of the opinion that probable cause exists for the filing of said complaints, IT IS ORDERED That in accordance with Nevada Public Service Commission law that this matter be, and the same is hereby, set down for hearing in the City Hall, City of Las Vegas, Nevada, beginning at 10 o'clock A.
