    168 Thereafter Commissioner Bunker moved the recommendation of the Regional Planning Commission that the above described property be rezoned from R-3 to C-l be approved and order made. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple, and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. DRIVEWAY PERMIT R.J. Fitch DRIVe WAY PERMIT Lester Goldring SEWER AGREEMENT Strip Hotels Mr. R.J. Fitch was present at the meeting regarding his request for a 48 foot driveway in front of his property at 105-107 St. Louis in order that his customers can park off the street on the sidewalk area. Commissioner Whipple stated that he was not in favor of this due to the fact that it would set a presedent. The City Attorney advised the Board that it would not be a violation to actually construct the driveway, but the granting of the use of public right-of-way would be in violation of their authority. Discussion was held on this matter. Commissioner Whipple moved this request be denied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and losted by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker and Whipple voting aye; noes, Commissioner Jarrett and His Honor. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. The request of Builders Mills & Supply for a driveway permit in front of their property at 1620 South A Street, the same being approximately 100 feet in width, to provide for off-street parking, was presented at this time. The matter was referred to the City Engineer for investigation and recommendation at the next regular meeting. The agreement with the "Strip Hotels" for sewer service was presented. Commissioner Whipple moved the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the above mentioned agreement. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Whipple, Jarrett and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole.
