    AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION IV OF ORDINANCE NO. 378, REFERRED ID AS SECTION 10, CHAPTER 24, OF THE LAS VEGAS CITY CODE, 1949, BY AMENDING THE LAND USB PLAN MAP ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, AND CHANGING THE ZONING DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN AREAS ON THE SAID MAP. THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Land Use Plan Map adopted by Section IV or Ordinance No. 378, also referred to as Section 10, Chapter 24, Code of the City of Las Vegas, 1949, is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) From R-2 to R-4: (Z-5-57) 1. Lot 14, Block 11 and Lot 6, Block 12, Fairview Addition (b) Prom R-E to R-4: (Z-37-55) 1. The South 988.87 feet of the West 210 feet; and the South 190 feet of the East 1118.54 feet of the SW¼ of the SE¼ of Section 21, T20S, R61E, MUB&M, from R-E to R-4. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reading and adoption in a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas,-Nevada. ORDINANCE NO. 747 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 36, SECTION 67, CODE OF LAS VEGAS, 1949, BY PROVIDING FOR ALLEY PARKING WITHIN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF; AND PROVIDING OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATED THERETO. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Chapter 36, Section 67, Code of Las Vegas, Nevada, 1949, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 67. PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN CERTAIN ALLEYS. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time in the alley or portions thereof described in the following schedule: 1. On both sides of the north-south alley located between Fremont Street and Ogden Avenue, and between Main Street and First Street, from a point 30 feet south of the east-west alley in said block, to a point 75 feet north. 2. On the north side of the east-west alley located between Fremont and Ogden; commencing at the north-south alley located between Main Street and First Street, to a point 30 feet to the east.
