Wengert Los Angeles Los Angeles Los Angeles Las Vegas Salt Inks) Referring to the proposed drilling of a 16** water well, approximately 800 feet deep, and the installation of water pumping and storage facilities at Las Vegas, all as covered by Budget Item Ho. 15. On March 24, Form 3Q-A, request for work order authority was made to cover these proposed facilities which are required to provide independent water supply to meet the Railroad Company and PFE Company requirements. Ve have at present a 12" to 10" well 780 feet deep located near the roundhouse. This well was drilled in 1920—1921 and we claim a Vested Sight to the water from same. Further, we have a State of Nevada "Certificate of Appropriation of Water", applica­tion Ho. 7200, Certificate Record No. 1631, dated April 18, 1930, with priority of 8-23-1924, allowing us the right to aPP£°Priate 2.5 cubic feet per second, through a 1 2 " drilled well 635Ooe0« w deep, located in the water field in SW 1/4, SW l/4, Sec. 29, Twp. 20 South, Range 61 East. This water to be for *a*ir °Sd » domestic, and fire protection purposes in parts of sections 33 and 34.
