COPY BEFORE THE |UBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF THE : LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY : FOR AN ORDER AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS : WATER UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 37 * OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION ACT, AND : APPLICATION DOE APPROVAL OF THE FORM OF CONTRACT TO BE : EXECUTED COVERING THE SALE OF SURPLUS WATER : BY SAID RAILROAD COMPANY. • To the Public Service Commission of Nevada, Carson City, Nevada. Gentlemen: Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, a corporation, respectfully submits its application for permission to dispose of sur plus water owned by it along the line of its railroad in Clark and Lincoln Counties, in the State of Nevada, to supply the domestic and other uses of certain individuals, corporations and assciations under contracts to be executed covering the sale of such water as provided for in Section 37, Chapter 109, Statutes of Nevada, 1919, and do herewith submit the following forms of contracts for the approval of your Commission, to-wit: Form #1, covering domestic use of industrials, Las Vegas. * Form #2, covering domestic use and fire protection, industrials, Las Vegas. Form #3, covering domestic and other uses without Las Vegas terminal. Your applicant respectfully requests that the Commission approve the forms of contract" herewith submitted, with the understanding that the Railroad Company submit to your Commission monthly a statement giving the names and addresses of the individuals, corporations or associations executing said contracts during the next preceding month, designating the form so executed.
