Confirmation a&et fee obtained, however, fey the submission of an application on Form WPS*27?4.* He advised that Mr. Kaufman had secured BOO ft. of second hand l* pipe and that hie understanding was that the War Production Board's restrictions did not apply to used material. He also stated the map transmitted fey Mr. Campbell showing a Boulder Syndicate main on Division street was incorrect and that the nearest main of that Company was 700 ft. distant.
