    N also deliver to Company blll-of-sale covering said material; furnish right-of-way and appropriate ease­ments; deliver to Company order authorizing said con­struction as required by Conservation Order No. L-41 of Federal War Production Board; notify Company in writing when it has completed construction of at least 40 of said dwelling houses; Company, upon compliance of Subdivider with terms of said agreement, to pay to it the sum of $3,960 so advanced, together with the sum of $2,034 the agreed upon cost of said materials; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, N.L.D. 858, dated May 28, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and W. J. Rhoads, Contractor, covering construction and laying of ap­proximately 1800 feet of cast iron water mains and service lines in Biltmore Annex No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada; Water Com­pany to furnish, without cost to Contractor, all necessary pipe, valves, fittings and material at the job; considera­tion $3960; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing agreement, N.L.D. 829a, dated June 10, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Company”, and Home Builders Corporation, called "Contractor", covering the laying and constructing, at Contractor’s expense, of approximately 6300 feet of cast iron water mains, laterals and service lines to and within Mayfair Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, connecting with Company’s water main on Carson Street, -21-
