    B i (2 .5 c.f.s.) cubic feet per second of water, or so much thereof as may be put to a beneficial use for railroad purposes. The right to appropriate such water for such purposes is to be reserved by said railroad company. The said railroad com­pany will obtain said water through its existing Shop Well, located in the NWf of the SWf of the NW-J- of Section $4 in said Township, and/or through a well to be drilled by it within the present boun­daries of its shop grounds. Should said railroad company make application to the State Engineer to change the point of diversion of said 2.5 e.f.s. of water from its Well No, 1 to said existing Shop Well, and/or to make application to said State Engineer for a new well to be drilled with­in the boundaries of said shop grounds, the District will not protest nor contest such application or applications. (c) Rights of way and easements for the pipe lines and power lines extending from the land described in (a) above over lands -3-
