I find that no collection has "been made for water furnished drug store in the Thomas Block and understand from your statement made in‘my office Saturday that it was your impression that this water service was included in the $4, 70 charge against the Thomas Block. Herewith I hand you a copy of my letter to you dated July 30th, 1907, which states special rate of §1.5 0 per month to • he charged to the 1.V.& T. hospital, and giving you the detail showing how the charge of $4,70 against the Thomas Block was made’ up, and also closing with the following;- "Any water that may he supplied on the first floor ' - to rooms other than those as at present occupied hy the hospital should he charged for in addition to the rates named above and at regular schedule rates."
