I hand yon herewith letter from the Superintendent together with form of contract with contractor A. J. Roberts covering erection of packing house to he built at Riverside under appropriation Bo,1101 for John R. Westfall, by which you will note a saving of fSOO can be made as compared with building the house with Company forces.
