Dear Sir:- Sometime ago Peter Buol, who owns lots 8 and 9 in block 2, offered to trade us those lots for the two lots we own in block 2 adjoining his, which are Hos. 10 and 11. He offered us #100,00 cash and his lots for our two lots. At that tine Mr. Hutt approved this exchange, and correspondence concerning the sane is on file in the General Manager’s office, but for some unaccountable reason we did not go ahead with the proposition, and Buol is now wanting to know if we will make the trade under the same terms and conditions. He is not only to pay us #100,00 cash, but also to pay for preparation of all deeds, abstracts and. filing of the same. In other words, we are to have no expense in connection with this deal. Will you kindly advise if we should make the trade*
