Michael North Agency Artists Manager 188 NORTH CANON DRIVE BEVERLY HILLS. CALIFORNIA CRestview 4-0766 February 16, 1962 Mr* Jack Entratter Sands Hotel Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Jack: As you requested, I sent you copies of letters written yesterday to the Managers of the Wisconsin State Fair and the Ohio State Fair. I tried to get over yesterday but knew you were busy and we called around 5:30 and found your office was already Closed and the phones were on service. You asked that I send you a memo regarding another good Fair which follows the Indiana State Fair. I refer to the Mid-America Fair in Topeka, Kansas, September 8 through 12 or 13 which would consist of five or six evening performances and one matinee. There is a potential there of around $100,000 gross business and at 70/30 I believe you will agree it is worth considering for Red to play on the way back to the coast from the Indiana State Fair which closes September 3. The Manager of this Fair has been in Honolulu and I shall contact him as soon as he returns as we have had previous discussions and correspondence on the matter. There will not, however, be any commit- ment until you have had the opportunity of perusing the matter and discussing it with Red. Again, I want to thank you for your consideration and you may rest assured that this tour will be a tremen- dous success for Red. Warmest regards Cordially, MICHAEL NORTH AGENCY MTN: mu
