McNamee, as Attorney for the Company, in f i lin g said application on behalf of the Company under the direction o f the President and General Manager of the Company, fo r permit to appropriate and divert by means of a d r ille d artesian w ell 5*32 second-feet of the public waters of the State of Nevada, from Las Vegas Valley Artesian Basin or subterranean channel, at a point in the SW^ of the SW^ of Sec, 29, T. 20 S., R. 61 E ., M.G.B.& M., Clark County, Nevada, which bears North 8 deg* 40* E ., 2754*9 feet from the West Quarter Corner of Sec. 32, said Township, and to convey the same by means of ditches fo r the irrig a tio n of 532 acres o f land situate in the si- SW^ and S-§- SEg Sec* 29: NWf and Njj?
