Bennett, General Solicitor, Los Angeles, California* Dear Sir: Referring to your letter December 14th and Mr. Jeffers' letter December 15th, with regard to securing approval of the Public Service Commission before provisions of contract with McNeil Housing Company are placed in effect. Mr. Sexton telephoned that he had received the proposed agreement, submitted with my letter January 5th, copy of which is enclosed for your file. He stated it would be necessary for the LVL&W Co. to submit an amended rule to cover before he could approve the agreement. able study in an endeavor to perfect a rule which would fit the conditions and, at the same time, protect our own interests, now and in the future.
