On motion duly Seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing consent to Assignment (C.L.D. No. 5333, effective January 1, 1944) of agreement C.A. No. 9923, dated August 5, 1938, expiring November 30, 1945, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Mutual Orange Distributors, covering lease of packing house, located at Prospect Street and Penrose Avenue, Riverside, California, from Mutual Orange Distributors, Assignor, to Riverside Citrus Association, Assignee; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, C.D. No. 28796-A, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Pillsbury Flour Mills Company, called Purchaser, dated June 19, 1944, covering construction by Land Company of certain improvements, consisting of 8” water line, concrete storm drain, catch basin and asphaltic concrete paving, in connection with sale of land to Purchaser at East Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, covered by Deed C. D. No. 28796, dated June 19, 1944; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing on behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Company deed, Audit No. 4675, dated July 10, 1944, conveying to Tom W. French and Eleanor Cecile French, his wife, Lots 27 and 28, Block 26, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, Las -2-
