(2) WHAT, IF ANYTHING, WOULD BE COVERED BY LIEN OF BONDS. (3) WHAT ASSURANCE WE WOULD HAVE THAT WATER DISTRICT COULD MEET INTEREST. (4) WHETHER BONDS WOULD BE PART OF LARGER ISSUE TO BE VOTED ON IN SEPTEMBER AND IF SO, TO WHAT EXTENT. (5) WHETHER YOU HAVE HAD ADVICE OF ANY BOND EXPERT AS TO TYPE OF BOND, SECURITY, INTEREST RATE, ETC. THAT WOULD MAKE BONDS WORTH AT LEAST FACE VALUE OR SALABLE AT SUCH VALUE. (6) WHAT PROPERTY OF RAILROAD, IF ANY, WOULD BE WITHHELD FROM SALE TO ENABLE IT TO PROVIDE FOR ITS WATER REQUIREMENTS.
