. * value received, WAALE, CAMPLAN & TIBERTI, INC., a Nevada corporation, with place of business located at 1233 Comstock Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada, does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set over to LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada corporation, all its right, title and interest in and to the following described water facilities located within the City Limits of Las Vegas, Nevada: of 3,659 feet of 8-inch, 12,625 feet of 6-inch, 3,798 feet of 4-inch and 456 feet of 2-inch cast iron pipe. 2. That certain cast iron water line, consisting of 1,733.8 feet of 12-inch and 2,066.2 feet of 10-inch cast iron pipe line, more particularly described, as follows: Commencing at a connection with the Bonanza Village water system above described at the intersection of Comstock and Ophir Drive; thence southerly in Comstock Drive a distance of 235.4 feet to Washington Avenue; thence at right angles westerly in Washington Avenue a distance of 458.5 feet; thence at right angles southerly in Clarkway Drive a distance of 1,372.3 feet; thence at right angles westerly in Bonanza Road a distance of 1,733.8 feet. Together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said water lines, but excluding the four water wells, pumps and fire hydrants within Bonanza Village Tract, all as indicated by colors on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached to and made a part of agreement, dated December 16, 1948, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Waale, Camplan & Tiberti, Inc. WAALE, CAMPLAN & TIBERTI, INC., Warrants that it is the owner of the water pipe lines above described, together with connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same are free and clear of all encumbrances, including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and that it will at all times hereafter defend the title to same against any and all persons claiming or to claim the same.
