Using as a guide one of the recently prepared agreements covering & Rule 9 contract, 1 have prepared and submit herewith two copies of typical Agreement which contains all of the provisions of our usual form of contract for Installation of water mains which will be installed by the Water Company under Rule 9 of the Rules and Regulations of the Water Company on file with the Nevada Public Service Commission* ment as containing all o f the provisions that should be contained in our usual form of contract and which may be used for Inspection by Subdividers in ay office as provided for under paragraph 5 of attached draft o f letter to Subdivider, The original copy of the attached form of contract should be returned to me with your approval* Referring to Paragraph 5 of the draft wherein it Will you please approve the attached form of Agree- Enel* LRM/tp
