Shaughnesey, Chairman; Lear Mr. Sheughnesays fhe improvements last ailed during the past seven years tey Las Vegas Land and Water Gompany for wells# reservoirs# pip# lines, laterals and general equipment# with the increased cost of maintenance, have made it neeassary for the Company at this time to rearrange its schedule of water rates, rules and reflations. I am,therefore, on behalf of the Company, enclosing you herewith# for filing with your Commission, original and three copies of the new schedule, effective June 1, 1931. fhis cancels'all existing schedules. We will publish a copy of this new schedule# in its entirety# commencing this week, in the Las Vegas Evening Be view and the Las Vegas Age. Should any protests tee interposed, we will ask you to please give such notice as your Commission may deem necessary, in order to afford k full and 'complete hearing in the matter.
