Maag) Enclosed is copy of Order of the Public Service Commission of Nevada, dated. May 26, 1954, in CPC 415 authorizing the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to discontinue water service in the City of Las Vegas simultaneously with the taking over by the Las Vegas Valley Water District of the water system. I am sending copies of this Order to the parties to whom copies of this letter are addressed and am also sending to Mr. Sutton for filing a copy of the Order which is executed by the Secretary of the Commission and sealed with the seal of the Commission.
