I might say, however, that since June the 11th, one o f the b ig sp rin gs which has been open to o ritio ism sometime, has been e n t ir e ly out out o f the pipe lin e le a d in g in to the c it y , and the c it y and r a ilr o a d are su p p lied now only from w aters o f the new w e ll and the o r ig in a l b ig Sprin g, whioh i s piped d ire c t from Spring to intake box, I note what Mr, Barr says in h is le t t e r to you in referen ce to the w e ll bein g la r g e enough to fu rn ish the e n tire re q u ire ments o f domestic needs. This i s a/fact, and i f necessary, we can cut the other Spring out o f the intake box. However, I think i t best to await fu rth er a n a ly s is , whioh Mr. Barr has asked fo r .
