Campbell, whose address Is 135 8»uth Ath Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering construction of approximately 380 LF of 8* and 50 LF of o* east iron water mains and 10 LF of 6“ fire hydrant 00nn@0t.ions to serve his property located in Scotch Eighty Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, In location described as follows: A 6s cast Iron pipe line commencing at a connection with an existing 6“ steel pipe on north side of E&gewood Avenue approximately 32* east of the east line, of Rancho Road, thence westerly a distance of approximately 50* to a point in Rancho Road approximately 18* west of the east line of Rancho Baud, point of ending. An 8s cast iron water mala commencing at point of ending of above described 6“ oast Iron water main, thence southerly in Rancho Road parallel with center line thereof a distance of approximately 380’ point of ending, Including 10 LF of fir® hydrant connections at the northeast corner of Rancho Road and W&ldman Road. The estimated cost of constructing said water main and fir© hydrant connections including overhead and supervision is 12,383.00. SUBDIVIDES, AGREES: 1 - Upon execution of Agreement to deposit 2 the sum of #2,383. ~ To locate the said pipe lines, 3 - To furnish easements where necessary together with title policies. COMPANY AGREES: % - Upon execution of Agreement and receipt of said deposit and necessary easements to proceed with construction of said water lines and fire hydrant connections. 2 - To pay to the Subdivider, at quarterly interval®, 35$ of the monthly revenue received by it from customers taking direct service from water main constructed here­under for a period of ten (10) year® from date of comple­tion of aaid installation or until Subdivider has been repaid the -actual cost advanced by him (exclusive of the cost of constructing said fire hydrant connections) which­ever first occurs.
