% RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Lynch and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5^56, dated March 21, 1956, conveying to Oscar J. Wells and Harriet S. Wells, the north 260 feet of the south ^90 feet of the west 9^ feet of Lot 86, American Colony Tract, City of Sig­nal Hill, State of California, consideration $,10.00 and other good and valuable consideration: EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto grantor: All minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas rights thereto, without right of entry; and said property is conveyed subject to: 1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1955-56; 20 Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Lease Agreement C.L.D. No. 12186, dated March 26, 1956, with LaBelle M. Robinson, DBA Bob Robinson Company, Lessee, covering s^te at Signal Hill, California, to be used for storage of oil field equipment for term beginning on the first day of April., 1956, and extending to the first day of April, 1961; rental $105.00 per annum payable annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon J>0 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
