Bennett: Referring to my letter of October 6th to Mr. Stoddard, copy to you, with which I forwarded to him proposed agreement between LA&SLRR and LVL&WCo., covering the furnishing of water by the Railroad to the Water Company: Attached is copy of Mr. Stoddard’s mailgram, dated December 5th, suggesting revision of paragraph (p), Section 5, of the agreement, to provide for inclusion in the rental base for working cash and material and supplies on hand. If you concur in revision of this section as suggested by Mr. Hulsizer, will you please let me have revised pages for insertion in the agreement.
