% 2 - Subdivider to deposit $10,830,00 to cover estimated cost of said water mains, and in event actual cost is mere or less than $10,830.00, Subdivider to pay excess or be refunded difference as case may be. 3 - Subdivider to furnish necessary easements where said water mains are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys. 4 - Subdivider to be refunded cost of said water mains at rate of 50$ of monthly revenue received from customers in said Blocks 1 to 6 taking water from said water mains for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid actual cost of mains so advanced by it, whichever occurs first. 5 - Company to own said water mains; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement, dated May 31, 1946, with Nevada Construction Co., covering the construction and laying of 3,170 ft. of cast iron water mains in Las Vegas, Nevada, as follows: Approximately 1,300 ft. to serve Blocks 18 and 24 of Fourteenth Street Addition (W. 0. #545); u 1,050 ft. to serve Block 2, Gibson and Jones Addition (W. 0. #546); ® 360 ft, to serve Block 9, Valley View Addition (W, 0. #548); " 460 ft. to serve Block 8, Pioneer Heights Addition (W. 0. #548); consideration $3,285, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond and premium on Public Liability Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
