Re: LVL&WCO. v. PUBLIC SERVICE COB-MISSION OF NEVADA Los Angeles, April 30, 1952 47-11-104 Mr. ¥. H. Johnson: I understand that the court case will probably be set for trial on June 30, 1952. Roy Wehe will be in Los Angeles in the early part of the week of May 26, 1952, for the purpose of making exhibits estimating 1952 calendar year operations. He will want to discuss revenues and expenses with you at that time. I will let you know at a later date the date when it would be most convenient for him to meet with you in Los Angeles. I presume that you can arrange to be here. In the meantime I think you should review the material sent me with your letters of February 19th and March $, 1952, and let me know if any changes should be made therein. i I think the material shown on revised pages 7 and 3 enclosed with your letter to Mr. Sutton of March 5» 1952, particularly that shown on page 3, will be quite helpful. I suggest that you make the material on each page into a separate exhibit with appropriate headings and furnish me with 25 mimeographed copies. Also please- furnish me with a statement of the source of each of the figures there mentioned and such narrative explanation as is necessary. It is my thought that you would be the best person to put on the witness stand to defend any criticism of the expenses of the Las Vegas office. E. E. Bennett ’
