i 1 to represent compensation for inspection during 2 construction, including any surveying and engineering 3 necessary for said construction. 4 From time to time as amounts become due and payable under 5 the terms of a contract or contracts entered into for the supplying 6 of materials for or the performance of all or any portion of the 7 work provided for in this Section 5, the party to this agreement 8 who shall have entered into such a contract or contracts shall 9 execute verified claims describing the materials supplied, the work 10 performed, the amount or amounts payable for such materials or work, 11 the name or names of the contractor or contractors to whom payment 12 is due therefor and in the case of claims by the First Parties, the 13 sum or sums due said First Parties for services rendered by the 14 First Parties and determined as hereinabove provided. Each verl- 15 fled claim shall be presented to the Escrow Agent and a copy there- 16 of presented to the other party to this agreement.
