NORMAN CORNWALL, hereby Sells, Transfers, and Assigns to the FIRST NATIONAL RANK OF NEVADA all of its right, title and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Talley Water District, assignee of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to be made pursuant to Section 2, Article II, of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Zand and Water Company, dated the 7 th day of May . 1 9 $ 3 .
